This page produces a list of people who have put in performances considered to be statistically unlikely (but only Swiss tournaments are evaluated and only those who played at least 4 games against established rated players.). The period evaluated is the year selected. Information provided includes: performance rating, pre-event rating, post-event rating, the test statistic (think of it as # of standard deviations), and the CFC rating indicator which is either the #games played if rating is provisional or the lifetime high rating).
